这套釉下彩缠枝茶具是红旗瓷厂在二十世纪制作的众多精美日用瓷中具代表性的作品。在雅致大方的器型上，运用传统青花装饰“缠枝纹”纹样。缠枝纹，全称"缠枝纹样"，俗称"缠枝花"，又名"万寿藤"，因其结构连绵不断，具"生生不息"之意，寓意吉庆，是中国百姓喜闻乐见的纹饰之一。缠枝纹作为瓷器上最常见的装饰纹样，以藤蔓卷草提炼变化而成，委婉多姿，富有动感，优美生动，寓意万代绵长的美好愿望。这套茶具将缠枝纹与极具中华文化魅力的茶文化相结合，在洁白如玉的瓷胎上运用环状装饰技法更衬得其灵活生动、婀娜多姿。
