“麻姑献寿”是雕塑瓷厂传统产品之一，属圆雕工艺，由雕塑艺人手工捏制而成。作品以神话麻姑为题材，明、清代就有制作。上世纪80年代后，雕塑瓷厂老艺人在传统的基础上，对作品人物神态变化以及花卉造型均有发展、有创新，让这个富有神话色彩的瓷雕，走进了百姓千家万户。

Magu’s Birthday Offering for Supreme Goddess Queen is one of the traditional products created by the Sculpture Porcelain Factory. It is kneaded by the technique of three-dimensional sculpting. The work chooses the mythical character Magu ( a kind girl became a fairy for salvation) as its theme. This type of work had been produced since the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Since the 1980s, the old artists of the Sculpture Porcelain Factory have made developments and innovations to change the expressions and physical appearance of the figure, and the shaping of flowers based on traditions. Their efforts made this work with mythological features to be known by thousands of families and came into their lives.
